Iditarod Time

It is now one of my favorite times in Alaska. I love when the Iditarod starts off. The ceremonial take off was today in Anchorage - tomorrow they move it out of town for the official start.

During our Study Hall times starting in two weeks we will dive deeper into the Iditarod race, the origin, what the musher feels, and what the dog feels. We will explore it during math, reading and writing times, so get your home work done so you can join us.
