HAPPY NEW YEAR

Happy New Year LMPS! Here I am making lefse for Christmas - so I really do cook! You were wondering I know. Lefse is made of potatoes, cream, butter, salt, sugar (not much) and lots of flour and cooked on a griddle at 500 degrees.

So I am hoping you are using the break to brush up on your cooking skills. You are all fantastic and I know you are doing a great job.

I look forward to seeing you in 2007! We are going to have some fun in 7/8 FACS with lots of cooking. 5/6 you are not cooking - but will be learning more and more and wetting your appetite to take FACS in 7/8!
